Security
Signal To Exchange is a non-custodial signal relay service. We transmit order instructions to your exchange using trade-only API keys. Your funds never leave your exchange.
Non-custodial by design
We never hold, store, or have access to your funds. Your assets remain on your exchange at all times. Signal To Exchange only transmits order instructions — we cannot move, withdraw, or transfer any funds on your behalf.
Trade-only API keys
We only accept API keys with trading permissions. Withdrawal access is never required and should never be granted. If your key has withdrawal permissions, we recommend creating a new key with trade-only access.
No withdrawals. Ever.
Our system is architecturally unable to initiate withdrawals. The API key permissions we require do not include withdrawal capabilities. Even in the event of a breach, your funds cannot be moved off your exchange through our platform.
No passwords, seed phrases, or private keys
We will never ask for your exchange password, wallet seed phrase, or private keys. If anyone claiming to represent Signal To Exchange asks for these, it is a scam. Report it immediately.
Encryption at rest
All API keys stored on our platform are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Keys are encrypted before storage and only decrypted in memory at the moment an order is submitted to your exchange.
Revoke access anytime
You can delete your API keys from our platform at any time through your dashboard. You can also revoke the keys directly on your exchange, which immediately prevents any further orders from being placed through our service.
How to revoke API key access
- Log in to your exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, etc.)
- Navigate to API Management in your account settings
- Find the API key you created for Signal To Exchange
- Click "Delete" or "Revoke" to immediately disable it
Once revoked on the exchange, the key is immediately invalid regardless of whether it remains stored on our platform.
